Well, these Red Bike shorts were not exactly new, as like most other lycra gear I had bought on eBay they were previously used. What the fabric is made of I don't know, for there is no information about this on the tag, but I guess they are made from 90% nylon and only 10% lycra, as they are not particular stretchy. And being a size Medium they hug my thighs very tight.
