Normally I am an early morning riser, and it is a kind of tradition to me, to go for a walk in these early morning hours. At nighttime I usually sleep just wearing a pair of lycra shorts, so it is quite simple just to put on a shirt and my lovely worn-out Converse sneakers and get walking.
