I was happy that I had selected these Galyan's shorts for this hike. For they seemed pretty new to me with a well functioning elastic waistband, and this gave me a good feeling that the shorts would remain in place on my body. Maybe other guys would think that this size Medium would be too small for my body, but I liked it this way.
