I kept my Coated shorts in this glass jar for eleven years and didn't use them to keep them safe - but realised that maybe such lycra gear should be used regularly to avoid the fabric to deteriorate and lose their stretch with age. In June 2018 I tested them to find that there were still in perfect condition, so actually I ought to use them again.
