I had proposed that I could monitor the Furesø Park area, for that was a large green area, mainly a big swamp next to a large lake, and surrounded by half woodland, half gardens, so this place was very typical of a North Zealand outskirt of Copenhagen. And it was easy to reach by train, which was good, for as a young boy I didn't want to cycle far at wintertime on my bike.
