Teal Capri

Below Barr Camp the trail was rather easy to run, and naturally I had to pick up speed here. But now it was payback time for the training I hadn't been doing. I had only been training for the race for about half a year, and this only half-hearted, so now I felt that I hadn't enough miles in my legs for such long race.
