Such kind of sport often demand some kind of bodily flexibility as well. I have always had the wish of being able to put my legs behind my shoulders, but at least by myself I am unable to do so. Probably I need a helping hand to press down my thighs, and if I finally succeed, maybe these helping hands should tie my knees together to help me remain in this position.
