I wouldn't call these tights babyblue myself, but more skyblue, which also is the name I have given to them. They are made from 84% polyester and 16% spandex, so they are one more pair of tights which easily could go for super-underwear. Which they maybe also are intended to, with the tag on the outside of the tights and not on the inside.
