Another stange thing is that these Orange tights feel tighter around my shins than around my thighs. For even though I like my lycra tights to feel tight on my body, such tights mostly tend to be tight around my thighs and not my shins. A reason for that could be that these Orange tights only have 13% elastane in the polyester blend. While the Green tights have 20% elastane in the nylon blend.
