Once a week I also visited my physiotherapist, where I since Summer 2016 have done an addition to my programme, and now also do a run on the treadmill, which apparantly has put a bit of speed back in my running. For two years earlier I had to work hard to get belov 10 minutes a kilometre, and now my outdoor runs generally were around 9 min/km - and the treadmill runs between 7 and 8. |
