As being a weekend hike, we usually leave for the starting point of the hike on Friday afternoon. And as this hike always takes place in the third weekend of November, it is always dark once we get there. And being a good team, we know who to prepare the fireplace, who to collect firewood and water, and who to prepare a late dinner.
