I was now coming towards the end of my usual circuit here in the Hareskoven wood. As usual my run had been slower than elsewhere because of the undulating trails and forest roads where I naturally was running slower when uphill, but unfortunately even slower when downhill, a side-effect of my 2013 stroke.
