So for me this was mostly some kind of gimmick, like most kinds of designs for the sake of fashion are. But I must say that I liked these reflective tights, for at a distance they sure had a metallic shine. And this shine probably lasted longer than the widely used coating, which only seemed to be worn off quickly.
