He helped me getting into the inside sleeves, as by myself I could only get into one of the sleeves, so he helped me with the second one. And once I was fit into the sleeves I was rolled onto my chest so he could close the back zipper. The arm sleeves were pretty tight, so even though the lycra fabric was very soft my arms now felt like glued to the sides of the sleepsack. Which was a feeling I liked.
