But slowly I grew in wrestling experience. The first wrestling hold I learned was leg scissors, and I found it good that I could use my still strong legs for wrestling, even if I no longer could run a marathon. I also learned that a bearhug could be used in wrestling as well and not just when greeting good friends. A few times I even was lucky to wrestle in the Einsteiger wrestling club in Berlin!
