These were originally a pair of wet-look rubber-coated black shorts made by PREVAIL SPORT. But I only wore them a few times before all the coating started peeling away. So i decided to peel nearly all of it off apart from some small areas in the waistband and leg hem. What is left is a pair of nylon spandex shorts that are quite thin and a little see-thru. There is nothing really wrong with them; just not what i had in mind when I bought them. Size is medium (32-34). Waistband stretches from 13-20", length is 11" and leg opening is 9" across. They are made without a drawstring and are unlined. cepr24.
