As we now had reached the top of the ridge we had done three quarter of the total ascent that day and were finished with the difficult part of today's plan. The rest of the day would be an easy hike on the main hiking trail from the rack railway station of Schynige Platte to Faulhorn, where we had arrived from the side about half way there.
