I had been wearing a white T-shirt underneath the singlet, but as it got warmer during the day I took off the shirt and was now wearing nothing but my Kenya singlet and boots. The singlet is made from an extremely thin cloth, made from 78 % nylon and 22 % spandex, and even the slightest breath of air goes through, thus cooling my body.
