But especially in Spring it was difficult to get started again, for I had noticed that it was difficult to get out and do some physical activity during the winter, with the result that I more or less had to start all over again with wrestling the following Spring. So in October 2016 I decided to try to avoid this and get some wrestling done during all the calendar months through the wintertime.
