I was only able to run six times up and down this conneting trail, as I was still suffering from the result of the blood clot. But towards the end of the sixth time I was running this connecting trail I continued up the access trail and up Geel's Hill. And having been unable to run up that hill in the recent months I saw this as a sign of progress.
