Although I had felt a bit of progress during the summer, this progress seemed to collapse in the autumn when I had my usual vacation in the USA, a vacation, that this time bereaved me of my running for longer time than usual. So when I returned home I felt like I was back to scratch. But I knew that there was only one way to deal with this problem.
