Red Spettro

This was now January 2018, and even though I the first two years after the blood clot had participated in two 10K races, I had got accustomed to run a distance of 5-6 kms once a week. Which I thought quite okay, for I felt that in warmer conditions I should be able to run further and another 10K race could be within my reach.
