The tag description felt more right than the item description, and I had to say that I liked the little percentage of spandex in these meggings. For there was not much flexibility in these meggings and I liked the way they hugged my legs. Not like a second skin, but more like an additional coating which made my skin feel so smooth, devoid of all the body hairs I have on my legs.
