While after the first surgery I had never been able to run at all before I had my second surgery eighteen months later, but after the second surgery I was able to do my first test runs 8 months later, which was a 400 meter second test run in the Geelskov wood with several breaks, that went quite good, thinking that I had then not been running at all for more than two years.
