Descending from Faulhorn the fog gradually lifted, just as it had done when I had been here almost thirty years before, and also the temperature rose. Wearing these tights was like putting on an extra layer of clothing, but I was only happy with this. I could feel the moisture inside the tights increasing, as my crotch sweat could not evaporate through the rubber layer.
