It happens quite often that the coating on such tights breaks loose, as the coating itself most often is quite vulnerable, and often delaminates. But the seller was my favorite eBay seller cepr24 from outside San Francisco in California, so sure I should have these tights. So I saw to that I also won them at the auction!
