I had now been running my usual short version of my 8 km Dyrehaven circuit, this short version being almost five km long, and this time I had been able to run continuously for the first 2,1 km of this short circuit before I had been forced to slow down to a walk. Though not a slow walk, for to keep the heat up and the blood flowing I had continued with 0,4 km speedwalking before running the remaining 1,9 km back to the starting point.
