After that successful run in September 2013, my happyness after having run the 750 metres slowly cooled down. Just a few weeks before being struck by this blood clot I had been invited by Paul, my Australian friend, to visit him again in 2014, and this time not do just one marathon, but three marathons! Among these the famous Australian Outback Marathon, a race, which took place in the outback, and of course I was interested in taking part in this race.
