However, I did not bring my shoulder pads to New Jersey, for they were too bulky to bring on the plane and would need an extra suitcase - and I have had bad experiences with bringing two suitcases since I had my big gear bag stolen on the way home from the airport in 2015. So I could only hope that this new jersey would fit over my shoulder pads.
