The seller wrote in his description that there was no label so he didn't know the maker. Now having run in these tights for a while, I have a feeling that the tights are not professionally made, as the waistband seam on the left side has skidded a little, which also could explain the mentioned frayed waistband, which isn't frayed, but just a little unevenly cut.
