The last twelve kilometres no-one was able to overtake me, right up to the finish line on Rundforbi Stadium. Although not a particular fast time, I still finished the race in less than two hours, thus cutting more than half an hour from my finish time in the BT half marathon the preceding year. Seems I was about to get back in shape again.
