The temperature rose during the morning, and after about forty minutes I took off the thermal shirt, now wearing just my UA top to my gold tights. Running in the sun with the slight cool breeze I felt quite fresh and was able to put up the speed, becoming even stronger as I overtook the other runners one by one.
