The good thing with doing the run to Summerholm Heights is that this route stays on top of the ridge with good views over the Laidley area, plus that most of the route is a dirt track which I preferred. But the disadvantage was that there were no natural places to function as a camera stand when on the dirt track. So after having run for about half an hour we turned back.
