When felling trees in my friend's garden we usually fell two trees in a day, but we found out that this blue spruce needed more than two day's work. The first day we cut away the many long branches so we could get access to the trunk itself and finally fell the tree, then the second day we divided the trunk into smaller logs and stacked them in woodpiles. On the third day remained maybe eight loads of cut-offs that needed to be transported to the disposal site, but my friend didn't need an extra hand for that, so now I could stay at home.
