Only two months later I would be leading a mountaineering expedition in Pakistan, an expedition being planned for almost two years, in agreement with the boss at the office. But when this boss was fired, the new boss wouldn't accept what was agreed upon and reduced my leave to the standard three weeks, a ridiculous decision, as I would barely be able to reach the foot of the mountain in those three weeks.
